INGREDIENTS (FOR 1 PERSON):
8 Tbsp Almased • 12 oz bottled or filtered water • 1/2 cup strawberries • 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt • 1/4 cup blueberries

1 portion contains 204 cal • 28 g protein • 21 g carbs
PREPARATION
In a blender or Blender Bottle®, combine Almased, liquid and other ingredients. You may add ice, if desired. Blend or shake until smooth and enjoy right away.
